Permits & Applications 

The following permits except for special Haul Permits are for locations along county roads outside of Village or City Limits. 

Permit locations along State or US Routes require permits through the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) their phone number is 330.262.2821.

Permit locations along township roads require permits from the Township Trustees. Contact for each of the Township Trustees can be found in the pull down menu labeled "Learn More" in the "Township Information" tab of this website. 

Permit Fees:

Access Management: $50 per parcel

Access Management Variance Request: $250 per location

Drive Pipe Installation: $50 

Yard Pipe Installation: $50

Right of Way Permit (Utilities): $50

Special Hauling Permit (Single Use): $100

Special Hauling Permit (Multiple Use): $500 blanket plus bond or certification of insurance for damage as determined by Engineer
